Chris' Story
Kim's Story
Jenny's Story
Antony's Story
This amazing woman is testament that the advice in the book works at any age! Jenny read the contents of the book, and changed the way she did actions correctly and found not only were they easier to do but they also alleviated her current problems as well as improved her health. I was so pleased for her.
Kim is a farmer and works in her pack house. She is really busy 7 days a week. I was so pleased that not only did she listen to what I advised her in clinic but implemented those changes, reaping the benefits. She was so pleased she bought copies of my book for her family to have and read.
Chris came to me with a frozen shoulder. although it took some time she has full function. The advice I gave I always explained in simple terms, this means everyone can understand what is being said, making it easier to adhere to.
Antony had severe low and upper back pain and once it was diagnosed, the cause found and an explanation why he had got it, he was keen to change the habits that caused it, do all the exercises, to strengthen the weakened areas he was so much better in himself.
